ILA Associates’ Network

About the Network

The ILA Associates’ Network (the Network) was launched in 2010 in order to promote the benefits of associate membership of the ILA. The Network is open to junior barristers, solicitors and in-house counsel who are active in this fast-developing practice area and provides an ideal forum for associate members to build their contacts across the industry. It is the only forum of its kind dedicated exclusively to junior lawyers in the restructuring and insolvency profession. You can read more about our membership here.

The Associates’ Network committee arrange seminars and events that are open to all junior practitioners whether or not they are members of the ILA.

The committee recently arranged a seminar, which examined the Virgin Active restructuring plan, analysed the lessons learned, and considered the future of contested restructuring plans and a networking drinks event across the summer.

The next event will take place in Spring 2024.

Information relating to future events and initiatives organised by the Network will be posted on this website and shared with ILA members via email.
