You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of anyone else or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website.

All other trade marks referred to on the site are the trade marks of their respective owners and you will require their specific consent should you wish to use any of them.

Our liability to you

We accept no responsibility or liability for your use of content on the Website and such use is entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the ILA expressly excludes all conditions, warranties and other terms, which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

Other important terms

If any of the Terms are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Only you and we shall be entitled to enforce these Terms and the Privacy Policy. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Terms or the Privacy Policy whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by English law. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
