The Temporary Insolvency Practice Direction provides guidance on:
• Filing of Notice of Intention to Appoint and Notice of Appointment. Members should note that a NOIA filed by CE file and a NOA filed by CE file under para 29 Sched B1 outside 10:00 to 16:00 hours on a day that the courts are open for business shall be treated as delivered at 10:00 on the day the courts are next open for business
• Adjournment of pending applications and petitions listed for hearing prior to 21 April 2020
• Listing urgent hearings before a High Court Judge or Insolvency and Companies Court Judge
• Remote hearings
• Temporary listing procedure for winding up and bankruptcy petitions
• Other insolvency hearings
• Statutory Declarations

Chief ICC Judge Briggs has also, on 7 April 2020, issued a guidance note relating to work listed before an Insolvency and Companies Court Judge in the Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, London during the period the Temporary Insolvency Practice Direction is in force.
