Revised SIP 13 issued

A revised SIP 13 has been issued, which will come into effect on 1 December 2016. SIP 13 relates to disposal of assets to connected parties in personal and corporate insolvency process (other than MVLs). The revised SIP follows the key compliance standards model adopted in recent SIPs (including last year's revised SIP 16).
