Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyers’ Network Seminar

14/10/10

On 14 October 2010, the Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyers' Network hosted a drinks reception and seminar for associate members and prospective associate members of the ILA.

Barry Isaacs of 3-4 South Square delivered a fascinating seminar on the anti-deprivation principle. Barry was junior counsel for the administrators of Woolworths in the Court of Appeal decision in Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd & Anor v BNY Corporate Trustee Services Ltd & Ors [2009] EWCA Civ 1160.

The event was held at the fantastic Oriental Room at the London Capital Club and it was very well attended.

Please keep checking the website for further details of future events.
