On 23 September 2014, Daniel Bayfield of South Square and Professor Jennifer Payne of Merton College Oxford, presented an extremely interesting seminar to members of the ILA Associates' Network on the use of English Schemes of Arrangement by foreign companies.  Discussing the case of Magyar and the more recent Apcoa case, Daniel and Jennifer debated some of the more controversial aspects of the use of Schemes.
