Academic Forum winner announced

David wins the chance to present his paper at the 2014 ILA Academic Forum, which is taking place in Oxford on Friday 21st March 2014, on the eve of the ILA Annual Conference.  The ILA extends its warm congratulations to David and looks forward to hearing his highly topical presentation on "Bond Terms in the Shadow of Insolvency – Private Ordering in Restructuring of Publicly Offered Debt".

David Ehmke is sharing the podium at the Academic Forum with an impressive line-up of highly respected academics, judges, Queens Counsel and solicitors, from both home and abroad, to provide a varied and topical technical programme on current restructuring and insolvency topics.
