Please join us for three practice focused sessions considering out of court appointments of administrators. These appointments are intended to be straightforward, but because the process is so heavily scrutinised, we have guidance or case law on almost all aspects of the process. This webinar series will look at the common issues that practitioners face in practice when it comes to making an out of court appointment, extending an administration or dealing with the conclusion of an administration. We will discuss how issues encountered have been addressed by guidance and by the courts, and where the grey areas are, as well as considering how to identify a defect in process, and the solutions available to remedy.
This webinar series is FREE TO ILA MEMBERS. The ticket price for non-members is £45 plus VAT per session. Non-members who purchase tickets for two sessions will get a code to access the third session in the series FREE.
Please forward this email to any non-member contacts or colleagues who might like to attend.
