The ILA would like to invite our Northern based colleagues, both members and non-members, to join Marcus Haywood (South Square), Andrew Charters (Grant Thornton) and Sarah Teal (Shoosmiths) for a seminar chaired by Lindsay Hingston (Freshfields and ILA President) to be held at Eversheds Sutherland’s office in Manchester on 9 June.
The seminar will consider the latest trends and decisions on restructuring plans, including how these might impact the use of restructuring plans in relation to SMEs.
We will start with a short presentation before moving on to a panel-based discussion. This will be followed by networking over drinks and canapés and the opportunity for non-members to discuss the benefits of ILA membership with the panel, ILA members and members of the ILA Council
