The ILA Associate Network invites you to join Jai Mudhar (Paul Hastings and Chair of the ILA Associates’ Network), James Rea-Palmer (GLAS) and Marcus Fletcher (AlixPartners) in a discussion on consensual and non-consensual handover situations, moderated by Amrit Khosa (Paul Hastings). The panellists will explore what is driving sponsors and lenders to collaborate, and the key considerations and pitfalls that arise in these scenarios in light of the increased use of contract-based enforcement mechanisms.
The panel will be followed by networking over drinks and canapés.
